Long cultivated at the Huntington Botanical Gardens, San Marino, California, USA but just accessioned as HBG 123901 in May, 2015 as a plant of unknown origin growing in the garden. Named by Gary Lyons for its consistently sinuous inflorescences of orange flowers. Red-leafed, white-spined rosettes (each to 80cms. diameter) with silver foliage reverses. Reg.
