Mature rosette to 35cm. diameter x 30cm.high. Arching, lightly-scurfed grey leaves taper to a point and are heavily armed with large, hooked white spines tipped orange. New growth is tinted bronze and the blades typically display on the upper surface a spines impression from later growth.
