Mature open rosette to 35cm.. diameter. Recurving, glossy bronze green / mahogany leaves, armed with prominent, hooked white retrorse spines. The leaf reverses, broad at the leaf axils and each tapering to a sharp point, are heavily-coated with silver trichomes.
