Mature open rosette to 30cm. diameter x 15cm. high. In good light, lime yellow to bronze green outspreading leaves with small brown spines. At blooming time the cup centre can flush pink / red with a (semi) recessed cone-like branched spike of mauve flowers. Although widely grown at least 15 years (anecdotal evidence) around Queensland, the breeder, parentage and origin have not been traced. An enquiry to Florida drew a blank, suggesting it was Australian-bred. Reg. Doc. 12/2015 by G. Lawn. Country of origin: Queensland Australia
